Our Hammer House is Nautical in theme in a nod to our beautiful ocean and history. It is a 2-story with 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms,

Upstairs: master bedroom with a queen-size bed, small bedroom with a twin bed, a half bath off the Q, and a closet area. Downstairs: small bedroom with a double bed off the kitchen, living room, full kitchen, small dining area, and full bath with shower/tub.  Fire pit, picnic table scenic back porch, volleyball/badminton net, tetherball, and corn hole.
