FEES:

PEAK SEASON/HOLIDAY RATES: Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day 

Weekends: Th-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun & Holidays (two night minimum)

         $145 per/night. Additional weeknights, 100/night  

Weeknights: Sun-Thurs (two night minimum)

         $125 per/night. Additional weeknights, $100/night  

Full week: Includes one weekend only.

         $590 (6th and 7th nights are free) 

The County requires us to charge an 11% "room-tax.

OFF-PEAK/NON-HOLIDAY RATES: After Labor Day up to Memorial Day Weekend

Weekends: Th-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun & Holidays (two night minimum)

         $145 per/night. Third weeknight free. 

Weeknights: Sun-Thurs (two night minimum)

         $125 per/night. Third weeknight free. 

Full week: Includes one weekend only.

         $490 for 7 nights (That is basically 3 free nights)

The County requires us to charge an 11% "room-tax."

If you have more than 6 people per house, we charge an additional $5 per person per night.
